Schedule of Events

7am - The Convention Center doors open for table decorating and cooler drop off.

You may bring your own food to enjoy but no alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought in by guests. Coolers will be checked by Convention Center staff upon entry.

8am-8:45am - Bexley Beat Bus shuttles will run from Nationwide Boulevard in front of the Convention Center to Neilston & Naghten. $1 per rider, tips to the driver strongly encouraged.

  • 2025 Irish Family Reunion Vendor Registration

    Load-in Start Time: 7:00am

    Event Time: 11:00am - 5:00pm

    Location: Columbus Convention Center, Battelle Grand Ballroom

    Booth Fee: $300, includes complimentary admission - due by 3/1/2025

    Vendor Guidelines: 

    Booth:10ft x 10ft. Electrical outlets, tables, chairs and table coverings will be provided

    Address for loading dock electronic navigation: 500 N. 3rd St., Columbus, OH, 43215. Parking is not provided by the Shamrock Club.

    No food products may be sold.

    No open flames (candles, etc.) 

    No aerosol products may be sold

    No tossable items or air-filled products (balloons, etc.)

    We will email you the registration form
