Euchre in the Pub

6:30 p.m. - $15.00 per player

Stop in the Pub to sign up or email barmanager@theshamrockclubofcolumbus.com. If you sign-up and cannot make it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can recruit someone in your place.

Players must sign up prior to ensure we have the right number of players. Progressive euchre will have eight players at two tables, each player will play eight hands with a different partner every time, keeping track of their score with each player. The individuals with the highest totals after playing with everyone at the two tables will receive $50 (1st), $30 (2nd) and $20 (3rd) prizes. The last loner of the night will hold on to the Loner Cup ($20) that is continually passed around as loners are achieved. Ties will be split accordingly. Plan to play until you have played eight hands with seven co-players, approximately 2.5-3 hours.

We hope to have as many games of eight people as possible. In the event we’re short four people, we may have one group play with twelve people. The game will be longer, and the pot will be as follows: 1st ($60); 2nd ($45); 3rd ($30); 4th ($20); 5th ($10) and Last Loner $15.00. Due to time constraints, a group of twelve will only be permitted if we are short players to make another table by the start of the game. Again, signing up is critical; and, if it’s necessary to cancel, you must notify the bar so we have time to recruit additional players.
