Dawn Sue Peterson passed away in her sleep on November 9, 2023 after a long illness. She was surrounded by her family and beloved cats.  It was a peaceful and fitting passing and was what she had wanted.  Dawn was a long time member of the Shamrock Club and the Daughters of Erin, the latter of which she was a past president and which named her Irish Woman of the Year in 2005.  Dawn was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Sue Keiser, her brother Michael Trimble, and her sister Carole Ann Trimble.  She is survived by her siblings, Cheryle Lynn Ferrall, Elden Douglas Trimble, and John Mark Trimble, as well as her daughters Tina Tatman, Anne Michelle Graves, Josette Altiers, and her son, Ryan Graves.  She is also survived by her grandsons Tristan, Sean, and several other grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The viewing will be from 4 to 8pm on Tuesday at Maeder-Quint-Tiberi Funeral Home, 1068 South High Street, Columbus, OH 43206. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Holy Cross Church, 204 South 5th Street, Columbus, OH 43215 with Fr. Dawn’s wake will be held at the Shamrock Club immediately following the Funeral Mass.

Contributions of food or donations to the Bereavement Fund can be delivered to the Club on Tuesday between 9am-3pm or Wednesday after 10am.

May God hold Her in the palm of His hand until we meet again.
